You can access Create from other applications through the Services menu. Once you've installed Create, other applications' Services menu will contain a Create in Create submenu. This submenu will contain up to seven choices.

The enabled choices depend on the current selection. Thus, if you have some text selected (highlighted), the Plain Text, Rich Text, and Super Text commands will be enabled. You can transfer the text to the most recently active Create document as a Paragraph Text object by choosing Plain Text or Rich Text or as Super Text by choosing Super Text. If Create is not running, Create will be launched and the selected text will be placed in the chosen format into a new Create document. If you have a graphic selected, either EPS or TIFF or both will be enabled, depending on the formats used by the application.

You can choose many commands either through menus or by using the keyboard. Also, some inspector settings can be controlled using keyboard commands. You will find the Command key equivalents located next to the menu item. For example, you can use Command-c to copy an item from the Edit menu.
